Raptor Consultants Group seeks a Manager In Training to join our growing sales & customer acquisitions team. Our next Manager In Training for Raleigh will be responsible for meeting directly with external customers and clients regarding services. This position is ENTRY-LEVEL, so no direct experience in sales or management is necessary. We believe that hard work, a student mentality, and exceptional communication skills are all that someone needs to be successful in our firm. At Raptor Consultants Group, we teach sales and customer service fundamentals, move into business development, and then move individuals into management. This is how we expand into the markets where our clients want us!

Our ideal candidate has similar work or educational experiences, likes working with people, is highly detail-oriented, and is able to work independently in addition to a team environment, is able to meet deadlines, and has superior customer service and communication skills, with an emphasis in communications.

Responsibilities & Training

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Provide professional customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
