Manager in Training:

What you’ll need to be our Manager in Training:

What you’ll do as the Manager in Training:
- Observe and absorb all that you can while shadowing the Assistant General Manager and General Manager on a daily basis
- Develop sales and marketing campaigns and initiate community engagements within the wellness community
- Constantly engage with new customers through studio tours, Care Cards, listening to and answering questions, and making recommendations on services
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to educate potential clients on Restore’s offerings
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling and conducting appointments with warm leads
