Charlotte Country Club's Manager-In-Training program provides a hands-on experience through multiple departments to ensure development in all aspects of the private club industry. Our program is designed to build a foundation of line-level experience and gain managerial experience in all outlets of our Food and Beverage operation, with the goal of moving up to a Supervisor at the end of the rotation and continual growth on our leadership team.

Qualifications:
- Postgraduate from a 4-year Hospitality Program preferred
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Detail-oriented, honest, respectful, dedicated, caring, positive attitude, and enthusiastic
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end, professional environment
- Desire to make memorable member experiences
- Prior Club experience preferred
MIT's should expect to experience all aspects of club operations, and front-line roles through team leadership and operations as indicated by their personal goals. Programming includes:
- Department rotations in food and beverage, culinary, golf, tennis, agronomy, purchasing, communications, and more

With success and development throughout the MIT Program, MIT's will be placed into a Supervisor role within our Club's Food and Beverage operation.
