Responsibilities:
- Built Labor Forecasting Models for all Fulfillment Centers considering growth rates, staffing, and productivity levels; partnered with finance, marketing, merchandizing and operations teams
- Designed Metrics Dashboard for Executive Leadership with top 20 KPIs indicating health of operations in Fulfillment Centers; Partnered with Data and IT teams to develop Operational Dashboards; validated business insights using SQL
- Standardized home departments and job titles for operations resulting in 85% reduction in the number of departments
- Enable template-based quick fulfillment center launch / deployment
- Create labor planning and scheduling model optimization
- Attain consistent and predictable fulfillment center performance
- Manage operations metrics (design metrics, set metrics bars, ensure accuracy, research benchmarks, monitor trends)
- Collaborate with operations directors for process adoption and continual improvement
- Maintain and roll out process knowledge base
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, Operations or relevant or relevant with 2 year of experience including:
- Industry experience in supply chain/transportation operations, direct to customer fulfillment/distribution center/operations.
- Project management
- Data mining and conducting data and statistical analysis utilizing SQL, Excel advanced modeling, VBA, or related BI Tools.
- Lean process manufacturing / Six Sigma, performance metrics

Compensation Range
- The US base salary for this full-time position is $124,280
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
