Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.
Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, Accounts Payable and employee travel & expense.
Qualifications
8-12 years of experience preferred
BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field. Advance Degree preferred
Responsibilities
Manages department operations and supervises professional employees, front line supervisors and/or business support staff
Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals
Ensures employees operate within guidelines
Decisions have a short term impact on work processes, outcomes and customers
Interacts with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management
Interactions normally involve resolution of issues related to operations and/or projects
Gains consensus from various parties involved
