About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the Executive Sponsorship Program. You will work closely with executives and key stakeholders to match executive sponsors with appropriate clients, and develop strategies and initiatives that drive engagement and strengthen these relationships.
Your role will also involve monitoring and reporting on program performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the program and manage any program risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans as necessary.
A key part of your role will be to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between executive sponsors and their assigned clients. You will also focus on improving account management and applying best practices to impact value realization.
Your goal will be to ensure consistent engagement with the appropriate level of customer exec across each of these accounts, and to manage large-scale accounts and deal with competitive threats.

What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role, preferably in a technology or software company.
- Strong understanding of Executive Sponsorship programs and their strategic importance.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in managing large-scale accounts and dealing with competitive threats.

We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location. This position has an annual estimated salary of $126,500 - $148,680, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
