Job Summary and Qualifications- Supervises the day-to-day functions of the department in an effective, timely and professional manner.
- Prepares schedules, makes job assignments, monitors personnel and maintains appropriate personnel and records in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Supervises effective training programs for the department.
- Supervises continual process improvement & quality control for entire department and communicates with physicians, department directors and supervisors to resolve issues.
- Supervises inventory control and supply distribution for housekeeping and linen. Works with EVS Supervisors to ensure proper shift coverage at all times
What qualifications you will need:
- Associates Degree in Business Management, Hospitality Services or a related field preferred
- Healthcare operations experience required with a minimum 3-5 years housekeeping management/supervisory experience or Supply Chain experience preferred
- High School Graduate / GED

Research Psychiatric Center is a 95+ bed facility. We offer acute inpatient, day treatment, and community-based outpatient behavioral healthcare. We treat adolescents, adults, and senior adults for emotional disorders, mental illness, and substance abuse.
