MANAGER, ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY (EHS)
This position manages all of the company's Environmental, Health and Safety and Risk Management programs. Leads, manages, and holds the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Department accountable to ensure compliance with Federal & State regulations, in areas including but not limited to: Environmental, Department of Transportation, Mine Safety and Health Administration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and Department of Health. Leads the Executive Safety Committee and responsible for the administration of the Company's self-insured Workers' Compensation program and insurance claim processing.
