Requirements
Position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, five years of experience in an insurance environment, and two years of leadership experience. Previous experience administering insurance eligibility and/or electronic data/file transfers preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires knowledge of the insurance industry; strong verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to resolve complex problems using independent judgment.

Job Summary:
To plan, organize and manage the daily activities of the enrollment team in order to ensure that company and departmental strategic goals and objectives are met.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Manages and evaluates department activities in order to ensure continuous improvement of programs and services.
- Oversees the enrollment of group contracts, including systems, eligibility, and special requests.
- Interviews, hires, develops, trains and evaluates staff in order to ensure accountability for the achievement of department goals and objectives.
- Assists in the development and achievement of short and long term department strategy, goals, and objectives.
- Assists in the development and monitoring of the annual departmental budget.
- Develops, recommends, implements, and enforces policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards of operation.
- Maintains relationships with customers, internal departments, affiliates, vendors, and other external contacts.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
