Requirements
Position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or a related field with five years of experience in training, testing, analyzing, researching, verifying, entering, modifying, or updating/correcting data, or processing electronic eligibility files. Demonstrated experience in a senior, lead or project role preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
Position requires in depth understanding of current and future system applications and functionality, including but not limited to Secured File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI);advanced technical experience and knowledge of complex electronic data interchange file processing including set-up, special handling, mapping and maintenance processes; advanced knowledge Microsoft Suite and Salesforce applications; strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills; strong communication both verbal and written, advanced presentation skills; the ability to work independently and as part of a team; and the ability to identify and solve complex problems, using independent judgement.

Job Summary:
To create best practices through system/process innovation and lead the Electronic Enrollment and implementation training experience for internal and external customers in order to deliver documented streamlined improvements that achieve corporate goals and objectives.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
  1. Serves as a liaison between enrollment services leadership to support, develop, and implement staff training on projected assignments, applicable systems, and applications, and to ensure work instructions are followed to meet department standards and corporate goals and objectives.
  2. Administers, creates, evaluates, and coordinates written and visual training materials to be presented using a variety of instructional techniques.
  3. Develops and maintains a training plan for newly hired Electronic Enrollment staff. Provides training to current Electronic Enrollment staff on skills and techniques to ensure efficiencies are integrated into day-to-day operations, upon leadership's request.
  4. Reports training effectiveness and suggests alternative training methods and techniques, as well as analyzes and reports trends for opportunities of improvement and recommends action plans to leadership.
  5. Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and implementing quality objectives and controls through quality control.
  6. Serves as a priority back-up to Electronic Enrollment analysts in conjunction with other duties, as necessary.
  7. Participates in the development and implementation of short-and long-term strategies, goals, and objectives.
  8. Ensures with training that policies, procedures, guidelines, and training/quality control standards are met, as well as electronic file processing, documenting and reporting best practices are consistently executed.
