We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Manager to oversee and lead our team. This is a remote position reporting to our Fort Lauderdale office. As the Manager, Direct Acquisition & Retention Performance you will be responsible for optimizing the business insights that support company performance, increase efficiencies drive business strategies. Your exceptional leadership, analytics expertise, and ability to develop and execute effective strategies will be instrumental in achieving Princess' growth objectives and delivering key insights to maximize company performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of analysts focused on accurate, insightful, and real-time visibility into company performance.
- Own accurate and timely delivery of reports and analysis (recurring and ad hoc) for internal groups and external partners such as Direct Sales, Marketing, Revenue Centers, and Customer Journey.
- Own and lead Monthly Business Reviews and deliver actionable insights on metrics such as Pre-Cruise Revenue, Sales Performance, Lead Management, Customer Profiles and Behaviors, Strategic Revenue Performance and Offer Tracking.
- Proactively partner and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance our insights for sales reporting across various data sources that enable efficient decision making across the business.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to build out annual and monthly forecasts to track against in produced reporting/dashboards.
- Work with strategic business partners to build performance insights and ongoing initiative tracking globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Performance/Analytic roles
- 3+ years in a people management role.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics/KPI's combined with superior communication skills, both oral and written; understanding the "why" and "how" of data to be able to tell the story behind the data.
- Established track record of building reporting requirements and translating them into actionable insights and information, as well as making solid and clear recommendations to business leaders.
- Strict attention to detail and skilled at prioritizing work and capable of managing your time independently.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SQL (must have) and PowerBI (preferred for PowerBI)

- Base Salary Range: $83,200.00-$112,300.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
