- Manage an inventory and freight accounting team through month-end reporting and analysis.
- Partnering with the business and financial management to understand performance of inventory and freight for the business.
- Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley act including design and operation of internal controls over balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Evaluate standard global finance policies and ensure they meet U.S. GAAP requirements and address future business needs.
- Support quarterly reviews and annual financial statement audit by external and internal auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or related major.
- 5+ years of experience including U.S. GAAP, financial Statements, and project management.
- Excellent analytical skills
- The ability to develop partnerships, and work with others to accomplish objectives.
- The ability to work in Lake Forest or theMart 2 days a week
- Not required: CPA certification; experience at a public accounting or related large public company experience
