Nature of Work:
The Manager, Contracts and Operations position works within General Production/Winnercomm and the Programming Sales Department in managing expense tracking, contracting and invoicing, as well as media kit and newsletter delivery for third-party producers.
Examples of work performed:
- Manages and administers contracts and invoicing for all projects and operations: including intercompany agreements and independent contractor agreements and invoicing.
- Tracks expenses monthly.
- Manages the coding of invoices and other expenses relating to each project.
- Coordinates commercial and sponsor rotations for programming and production.
- Tracks, organizes and delivers rating information to our producers .
- Analyzes the ratings information.
- Organizes, produces and delivers the Program Sales Media Kit as well as the Newsletter.

Qualifications:
- Minimum
- BS/BA degree in field or related field
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Preferred
- Certification or additional degree
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to maintain positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism

Compensation:
- Base salary range $45,000 - $55,000
