The position will focus on the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of content including selecting templates, components, adding/editing content (copy, images, video, tagging, SEO metadata) using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to compose web pages for The Center Platform for Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins based on brand guidelines, stakeholder input.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Author all communications for The Center Platform
- Author content by selecting predefined templates and components to generate new content, or edit existing content, on a page
- Create experience fragments for personalization
- Work with subject matter experts to define their content/site needs and providing strategic recommendations for site optimization
- Act as a subject matter expert in the tools and processes required to manage, improve site experience and design for end users
- Optimize the authoring experience by leveraging the use of both out-of-the-box and custom components
- Work with subject matter experts to define their content/site needs and providing strategic recommendations for site optimization
- Gather requirements and assess content authoring needs of a given project
- Responsible for overall site health maintenance and improvements
- Identify site improvement opportunities and continuously validate user experience
- Define strategic business requirements for future platform enhancements which requires staying current on AEM updates and collaborating with 3rd party vendor
- Support development and implementation of new website functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional to define strategy to convert PDF document to HTML
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year degree required
- 3+ years of professional experience developing and authoring websites, mobile apps, software, or other digital platforms.
- Comprehensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform (DAM, sites, experience fragments) preferred.
- Technical writing experience is a plus.
- Adobe Experience Manager knowledge preferred.
- Asset management experience preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree
- Comprehensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform (DAM, sites, experience fragments) preferred
- 3+ years of professional experience developing and authoring websites, mobile apps, software, or other digital platforms
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels of the business and to various client groups, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent organizational/time management, attention to detail, and planning/prioritization skills
- An energetic team player and driven self-starter, with a positive mindset, excellent work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and collaborative capability
- Responsiveness to improving the user experience
- Proven ability to build relationships and work independently
- Ability to troubleshoot web front-end functionality issues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
