Find your place in risk and analytics on #TeamAmex. This position is part of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) within Global Compliance & Ethics. It will focus on providing leadership and oversight across the department to ensure resources and day to day key operational processes are running effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate will lead at team supporting AML inventory and forecasting management. Through daily/weekly and monthly analysis, this role will have oversight/monitoring of inventory to ensure cases are worked within established timelines. The position will also partner with the Anti-Money Laundering investigative teams and leadership in day to day inventory strategies and planning.
Additionally, specific areas of focus and competencies critical to the success within the role will center around: Global Volume Forecasting and Staffing Analysis Maintain necessary dashboards that provide tracking of priority cases, key inventory metrics and SLA's Change management oversight, ensuring smooth execution and ingestion of transaction monitoring rule releases Qualifications 2+ years of work experience in process management/operational oversight in any of the following areas is required: sanctions/BSA-AML/anti-corruption compliance, general compliance, operations, and/or audit Strategic planning experience to translate leadership vision into executable strategies and measurable initiatives. Workforce planning experience is preferred Demonstrated ability to plan, execute and follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously with varying milestones and deadlines Highly effective at problem analysis, decision making, persuasion, resource allocation and issue resolution; a systems thinker. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to translate findings into impactful communications and presentations to senior leadership Proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across multiple teams Strong people leadership with focus on development Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
