Job Summary
Reporting to the Director, Communications, the Communications Manager will execute and deliver on key external and internal communications priorities related to the company's consumer and business services groups.
Responsibilities
- Provide internal and external communications support to corporate business groups, including Finance (including IR and Procurement), IT, Cybersecurity, Legal (including ESG), and more, entailing developing and editing executive and enterprise-wide memos and messages, external press releases, briefing memos/documents, presentations and talking points, social media content, and more.
- Play a lead role in tracking industry news and intelligence; monitor and prepare daily press highlights and coverage reports; develop and lead other similar initiatives around key news stories/events that help best inform both the Communications and Executive Leadership teams on breaking news and commentary in real time.
- Create and proactively manage a speaking and awards bureau for executive leadership team, owning the entire process with support from the team, including identifying relevant opportunities, tracking deadlines, and developing and submitting nominations.
- Co-manage Communications and company technology tools such as corporate website, employee intranet, internal social platform, corporate social media handles, employee newsletter, analytics tools, email distribution tool, and more.
- Provide counsel to partners across the company on best communication practices and work with them to develop internal communications programs and content to engage the employee base.
- Manage relationships with vendors, subscriptions, and budget in coordination with Director and other team members.
- Manage evergreen Communications toolkit that includes measurement reporting, executive bios, headshots, factsheets, etc.
- Perform PR support for key events, including quarterly All Hands meeting, monthly leadership meetings, special features, company announcements, and more.
Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of communications/public relations experience at an agency or in-house
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital trends
- Experience and background creating communications materials, including press releases and memos
- Has strong project management skills and is able to seek out and collate information from multiple departments across the organization
- Has experience working directly with media

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00 - $168,912.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
