About the Role
In this role, you will work in an energizing, fast paced environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service to all Headquarter employees and visitors in our Cafés, onsite events, and catering. Your goal is to provide customers with excellent, quality products and fast, friendly service.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service by recognizing and responding appropriately to customer’s transactions/ requests and needs in an efficient and timely manner
- Deliver positive customer experience by creating a welcoming environment and ambiance in the café, maintaining facilities, ensuring the café is clean organized, fully stocked, and ready for service
- Ensure consistency in quality, value, and service at the café and onsite events
- Develop communication skills to exchange complex information
- Manage projects and program execution within area of specialty and ensures quality of work
- Develop and motivates kitchen staff to continually upgrade skills and food knowledge
- Leads kitchen staff through development of new recipes, production deadlines and maintenance of appropriate inventory levels
Who You Are
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to develop and maintain good relationships
- Ability to problem solve and multitask
- Must be able to move throughout café and kitchen, move 30 lbs., use equipment specific to your role
- Anticipate operational/program issues and develops preventative measures
- Apply fully functional professional knowledge in cuisine
- Certified in Food Service Safety (i.e.: ServSafety)

Salary Range: $87,900 - $116,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
