Summary: As part of a mission centric, locally delivered and nationally powered organization this role is responsible for directly driving revenue by building virtual relationships with fundraising volunteers for peer to peer fundraising products to exceed revenue goals for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) mission. Relentlessly pursuing cancer cures.
Key Relationships:

• Reports to: Senior Manager Campaign Cultivation

Accountabilities:
Fundraising & Relationship Building

• Cultivate and steward assigned constituent group to exceed overall revenue goals including: Athletics, Community, Celebrations, and other engagement wide outreach as needed
• Provide impact by being responsible for roughly $2,000,000+ in direct revenue
• Build deep relationships with top fundraisers through a consistent high touch process
• Coach fundraisers to set and exceed AFR and fundraising goals
• Average 10-15 outreaches/interactions with each constituent in portfolio
• Follow-up, track and record engagement of constituents
• Implement revenue strategies according to respective playbook
• Collaborate with local Campaign Development team and national shared service partners throughout LLS
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of related peer to peer fundraising experience
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Weekend & evening work required
• Travel as required for national and department meetings and some onsite constituent support
• Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
• Work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
• Average salary range is $38K-$53K, open to further discussion based on geography.
