FCCI is seeking a Manager, Benefits & Compensationto be responsible for administering the day-to-day operations of the group benefit programs and providing competitive compensation and wellness platforms for an integrated Total Rewards Program. This visible leadership role includes analyzing and maintaining plan compliance and communication with teammates and leadership at all levels. If you have a deep understanding and passion for helping teammates & organizations to understand and provide valuable health and welfare plans and define contribution plans, including medical, dental, life, disability, vision, HSA, FSA, 401(k), Roth, and non-qualified plans, this is the opportunity you've been seeking.
Highlights of the key responsibilities include the following:
- Manages, coaches and develops team: Compensation specialist, Sr. payroll analyst and Sr. benefit assistant;
- Provides accurate benefit education, administration and processing; including researching, analyzing and resolving complex benefit & leave issues.
- Oversees and/or handles enrollments, COBRA, terminations, beneficiary changes, disability plan, LOA/FMLA/ADA process administration;
- Serves as primary contact & builds relationships with teammates, benefit brokers, plan vendors.
- Documents and maintains administrative procedures for benefit processes, including 401(k) audits & other regulatory requirements;
- Makes recommendations to senior leadership on annual renewals and benefit plan selections
