Job Summary
Talent Solutions/Talent Direct are fast-paced business affairs/union signatory companies. Additionally, TTC BA division handles talent payments related to non-union productions. We work with an extensive roster of clients, both big and small, including ad agencies, corporate advertisers, recording studios and media houses. We are committed to excellence and accuracy in our work, and we go the extra mile for our clients and our teammates.
Increased mandates require the development of a role dedicated to ensuring division wide compliance and uniformity. Extensive experience in broadcast business affairs, talent payments as well U.S. union guild agreements. Must be proficient in Excel, have excellent communication skills and be able to work directly with well with payroll and business affairs staff.
Audit and Compliance Responsibilities
- Act as SAG/AFTRA and AFM liaison for TTC signatory companies
- Develop and maintain open dialogue with various union representatives and their agents
- Review and respond to all union related audit inquiries
- Review, revise and/or formulate internal processes for addressing general union claims, assessing pension allocations and addressing liquidated damages
- Implement staff training as it relates to current process and further required updates
- Document and distribute learnings based on auditors responses and mandates

Special Work Conditions
- Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.
