Manager, Access Management

What you’ll do:

The Manager of Access Management at Lifepoint Health will play a key role in leading and overseeing the organization's Access Management program. This entails the development, implementation, operation, and lifecycle management of access control tools and resources. The role involves ensuring robust security measures while facilitating efficient user access for various systems and applications. The Manager of Access Management will provide technical and managerial support throughout the Access Management lifecycle. Engaging with both technical and non-technical departments, the position involves offering project and operational support, as well as facilitating communication with impacted stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing direct reports, overseeing ticket queues, project management, daily operations management, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Access Management team in day-to-day operations, incident response, project execution, and routine access requests.
  • Execute complex Access Management projects within budget and timelines.
  • Manage key relationships with stakeholders and vendors, fostering process improvements in the Access Management program.
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate security best practices into application design, implementation, and testing.
  • Research and implement innovative tools and technologies to automate Access Management processes and enhance identity lifecycle management.
  • Monitor access control systems, investigate security incidents, identify vulnerabilities, and propose solutions.
  • Supervise staff in staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, performance management, and terminations.
  • Provide business leadership support in procurements, budget recommendations, and forecasting for relevant technologies.


What you’ll need:

Education: University (Degree) Preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3 or more years of information technology experience; minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
required; project management experience a plus. Experience with at least one of the following identity management platforms; Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Identity Governance & Administration Tools.
Certifications: Both general and technical security and related network certifications desired
