The Management Trainee position will involve meaningfully interacting with our internal sales and marketing department to successfully understand their needs to meet client outreach objectives. The successful candidate must possess strong communication skills and the ability to resolve conflict. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Our Management Trainee role will include the following:
- Provide support to customers by responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries for new services
- Collaborate cross functionally with sales and customer service departments to troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate personnel, if necessary
- Maintain accurate records of individual and entry level trainee’s customer interactions and transactions
- Analyze and compile customer feedback reports for senior level management to improve customer service and profit margins
- Remain up to date with product information and changes
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices by attending daily client meetings and attending weekly webinars promoting new services or deals
- Follow company policy and procedures while interacting with coworkers, customers, and clients
We are looking for a Management Trainee with the below skill sets:
- Proven work experience in a Leader, Team Lead, Customer Support Representative, Client Relations, or Sales role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships, gain trust, and wow customers
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy when inputting confidential client information
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Reliable transportation, punctual, and dependable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,046.92 - $49,432.86 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Port Charlotte, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
