Janitorial Full Time Employee (8 Hours)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- Perform floor care tasks such as buffing, waxing, and polishing
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and guidelines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
