Now Hiring Assistant Managers, Shift Managers at sonic and GM's
Shift Mgrs $10-11 hr and above depending on experience and availability (requires previous restaurant management experience)
Asst Mgrs $11-15 hr and above depending on experience and availability (requires 6 months prior management experience in an ASSISTANT manager position)
Certified 1st Asst Manager positions promoted from assistant positions within company after passing certification program. Must be currently in assistant position for minimum of 1 year and pass certification. Pay based on tenure within company. This position is next stepping stone to becoming GM's within our organization.
Entry level management positions are available but require you to train as crewmembers for 3 months prior to being promoted.
Job Requirements
SONIC Drive-In Assistant Manager Requirements:
- Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
- General knowledge and understanding of the restaurant industry or retail operations required
- Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience required. Experience running shifts without supervision
- Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills
- Ability to follow directions and work with autonomy once given directions;ability to multi-task and successfully solve problems
- Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC*

- Open availability, able to work any days and times to include holidays and parades
