Responsibilities:
As the Retail Copy Center Manager, you'll be responsible for a variety of essential tasks:
Operating high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment.
Managing mail sorting and distribution, including metering mail with Neopost.
Providing shipping services using POS systems for USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Assisting walk-in customers with package deliveries and print jobs, including finishing tasks such as stapling, cutting, and binding.
Handling campus mail runs and providing customer quotes.
Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and ensuring efficient call routing.
Researching and managing undeliverable mail returns.
Maintaining a business casual dress code and ensuring a professional environment.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Some related copy job experience is preferred.
Proficiency with Neopost and POS systems preferred.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in customer service and print production.
Excellent PC skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and handle physical demands such as standing and walking for extended periods.
