This position serves as a Management Analyst with expertise in data analytics and project management supporting the operations of Loan Guaranty Service (LGY), This position is located in the Veterans Benefits Administration Regional Office, Regional Loan Center, out based at any existing Loan Guaranty location to include St. Petersburg, FL, Phoenix, AZ, Denver CO, Washington D.C., Cleveland OH, St. Paul MN, Nashville TN, Houston TX, Roanoke VA, Atlanta GA.
Qualifications:

Time-in-grade: Applicants who are/were federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements.
For a GS-12 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-11 level.
For a GS-13 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-12 level.
If you are requesting a reassignment or change to lower grade via this vacancy announcement, you must currently hold the GS-13 (or higher) and the promotion potential of your current position must be at least GS-13.
SF-50: If you are seeking a reassignment/change to lower grade, you must submit a copy of your most recent SF-50 (non-award) AND the SF-50 placing you into your current position.

Specialized Experience (GS-12): To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-11) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-11. Examples of specialized experience include creation of processing innovations, conducting analysis or research to optimize workload processes or procedures and examples of training, or supporting peers in at least 1 of the 4 LGY Value streams (Construction & Valuation, Loan Administration, Loan Production, Specially Adapted Housing).
Specialized Experience (GS-13): To qualify, applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade (GS-12) in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade GS-12. Full vs. Part-Time Employment: Full-time employment is considered to be at least 35 hours per week. Part-time experience will be credited on a pro-rated basis; when including part-time employment in your resume you must specify the average hours worked per week.
Physical Requirements: The work is sedentary. Some work may require walking and standing in conjunction with attending meetings and conferences. Work may require carrying light items such as papers, books, or small parts. The work does not require any special physical effort.
