Male Direct Care Staff (Live-In Weekend)

Special Graces LLC is an HCS provider in Pearland, TX. We provides services to adults with intellectual and developmental needs. We are looking for friendly, compassionate workers to join our team!

We currently have an opening in a Male group home. This is for a Live-In, weekend position. The hours are from Friday 3pm to Monday 9am, every weekend. The compensation is $1,580 bi-weekly, gross pay.

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and support to individuals with special needs
- Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Create a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Assist with meal preparation and housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients

Skills:
- Knowledge of systems and procedures related to in-home care
- Experience working with individuals with special needs
- Strong behavior management skills
- Ability to provide compassionate and attentive care
- Completing daily logs and Medication Administration logs

Qualifications:

NO felonies. We do not hire with any felonies on the background check.

Must have High School Diploma

Must have VALID driver's license

Must have at least 3 years of professional experience working with individuals with special needs.
