Malayalam to English- Professional Translator and/or Editor – Contract - (Remote)
We are seeking experienced linguists with United States citizenship to perform translations and/or editing from Malayalamto English.
Translators and/or Editors who are skilled in performing accurate translations that meet the client's prescribed deadlines. Must be proficient in formatting documents to ensure that translated products mirror the source document format.

- Must have full United States citizenship. REQUIRED – U.S. proof of citizenship. A background check is required.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; ATA or other professional certification is required.
- Native-level Malayalamand near-native English reading/writing/speaking/listening proficiency as well as native-level English proficiency skills - 4+ ILR scale in English and Malayalam.
- A minimum of five years performing professional translations for clients; with experience in legal documents and academic transcripts.
- Excellent formatting skills to translate U.S. vital records and certificates etc.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other translators and editors.
- Knowledge of legal and academic complex technical terminology.
- Comfortable with 1–2-day deadlines upon request.
