PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in all areas of Atlanta, GA.
• Preventative maintenance, painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, electrical, garage doors, drywall, and many more are among the general maintenance tasks associated with the job.
• Keeping a polite, professional manner when speaking with tenants, visitors, suppliers, and coworkers
• Competent in all aspects of home repair, or someone that may only be super skilled in one or two areas.

• We are searching for someone who can work independently, is trustworthy, knowledgeable about their own tools, and has experience interacting with tenants and homeowners.
• Along with performing daily maintenance and repairs, you will provide estimates for properties.

REQUIREMENTS

• must have your own TRUCK, SUV or VAN* for material purposes
• must do good quality work and has great customer service skills
• must pass a background check
• must have valid driver's license
• must own a standard set of tools to perform skills/trades
