What you will do:
  • Achieve New Unit Sales Objectives
    • Maintain existing and grow new unit sales volume to improve overall market share and profitability.
    • Achieve result through effective account management.
    • Support the HY impact Sales Process as identified to drive revenue growth in Major Accounts.
  • Responsible for executing and maintaining Account Development Strategies.
    • Integrate and understand assigned industry to effectively execute on and maintain assigned account development plans.
    • Consistently review account development plans and Customer relationship index to ensure effective market share growth in existing customer accounts while penetrating key target accounts within assigned industry.
      • This includes strategies for existing customers which will allow us to grow presence and market share and strategies for target/key accounts which will allow us to penetrate and achieve incremental sales/market share.
    • Recommend key customer activities which will improve unit sales and relationships with customers and related territory dealers.
  • Responsible for effective Order Quality of assigned accounts which drives on target performance of inventory levels and working capital. Defined as the management of the order from quote to installation and payment collection.
    • Ensure that customer orders are properly obtained, configured, and quoted to include proper communication with the customer and the territory dealer so as to ensure the upmost order quality which will drive positive customer satisfaction and inventory/working capital performance.
  • Develop relationships with dealer sales and service organization to ensure proper coverage of Major Accounts.
    • Must act as a player coach with dealer sales team to drive sales in Major Accounts managed directly by the dealer network.
  • Customer Service and Business Acumen:
    • Traveling and visiting customer sites.
    • Performing application surveys.
    • Configuring proposals that meet these needs and ultimately delivering a professional sales presentation.

  • Strong business acumen for sales strategies. Preferred proficiency in using CRM software and other tools to track client information, analyze data, and develop strategic account plans.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities simultaneously.

What you will need:
  • BS Degree in Business Management/related field preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years Sales experience. In lieu of degree 10 years' experience.
