We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as Major AccountsProgram Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with our key clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and driving value through our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Major Accounts, building strong relationships, and understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption, retention, and growth within each Major Account.
• Hold periodic client reviews to discuss their goals and overall program action items.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment on customer goals.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to Major Accounts.
• Understands the LOA process and effectively communicates this process to our clients and vendors.
• Monitor account health and volume metrics, identifying and addressing any potential issues or challenges.
• Provide regular updates and reports to Customer Success Supervisor and Division Manager on the status of Major Accounts, including progress against goals, contracts, price increases, collections, and priority projects.
• Some daytime and overnight travel necessary.
• Works independently and makes decisions, however, uses appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding customer or vendor concerns.
Qualifications/Soft Skills:
• Selling to and communicating with business executives such as CEO, Owner, President, and Director.
• 2-5 years of customer success, sales, and or related.
• Experience with remote account management.
• Waste/Recycling industry experience preferred.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Windows software applications.
• Positive attitude and collaborative by nature.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Best-in-class communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Independent, with strong work ethic, and self-discipline.
Location - Hybrid (Office / Home) after 6 months
