```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing and facilities maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs.
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with various tools and equipment.
- Experience with electrical systems, including wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think logically.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
