Job Description
- Responsible for providing a high standard of maintenance of every area of the salon and spa, from sparking clean floors to ceiling.
- Maintain the general upkeep of the items throughout the salon and spa.
- Restock items as needed throughout the salon and spa.
- Receive shipments and goods for the salon and spa.
- Keep the entrances and exits free from debris and snow.
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness, keeping the work area clean and equipment properly sanitized.
- Be an active and engaged member of the Tricoci team that promotes teamwork and a high level of guest services throughout the Salon and Spa.
- Experience with retail, hospitality, or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work various schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to build and maintain strong guest relationships.
- Able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
