Maintenance Technician

•  Construct, install, PM and repair various maintenance related items throughout the facility.
•  Complete all preventative maintenance responsibilities on schedule.
•  Reorganization and rearrangement of the facility.
•  Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
•  Installation, setup, and repair of equipment and facility items.
•  Actively maintain an organized inventory (sourcing parts, minimizing on-hand inventory).
•  Perform building maintenance and construction related duties as assigned.
•  Ensure all equipment & facility items are in an operational state.
•  Operate machine shop equipment (Drill press, milling machine, saw, belt sander, shears, rotex punch, hand tools and power tools)
•  HVAC troubleshooting and repair.

• A High School Diploma is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of Maintenance Technician or related experience is required.
• Associate Degree in a related field or Trade School diploma is preferred.
• HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision; ability to communicate, plan, and organize for themselves effectively.
