We are seeking a Maintenance Tech with "Make Ready" skills to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- General "Make Ready" of apartments including sheetrock repair and painting
- Experience with general plumbing and electrical
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Multi-Family property maintenance
- Mastered use of hand-held tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Have own tools
This candidate will assist in the day to day maintenance of the property. Willing to work "on call" on a rotating basis and including some weekends.
We are a small but rapidly growing Real Estate Company based in Richland Hills, TX with over 3000 units under our management in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Alabama. We are looking for candidates that are personable, energetic and self-motivated to join our team.
