Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• Trade School graduate or 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance.
• Maintenance skills in the repair of pumps, seal, bearings, and general repair of production equipment.
• High voltage electrical skills, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge.
• Ability to lift and assemble machine components, 50 pound maximum, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals and varying technical ability levels
• Strong electric controls troubleshooting skills, both high and low voltage.
• Proficient in basic computer programs (E-mail, Microsoft Office, Etc.).
• Ability to operate electrical and machine tools, such as a drill press, bench grinder, band saw, and multimeter.
• Self-managed and motivated individual who can work well within a team environment.
• Provide and understand the value of excellent customer service.
Desired Qualifications
• Associate degree in a manufacturing field.
• 5+ years’ experience in the repair of automated machinery.
• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming skills.
• Previous plastics manufacturing experience.
