What do I need as a Maintenance Technicianwith McGregor?
- High School Diploma or GED
- Five (5) years job related experience within specialized field is required.
- Two (2) years of building maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Stationary Engineering License preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Computer skills with knowledge specialized software used to control major building systems.
What will I do as a Maintenance Technician with McGregor?
- Maintain and repair building HVAC systems using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools.
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment.
- Monitor automated building management system and modify as needed.
- Assist contractors with repairs and inspections.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
