Maintenance Technician

Earn up to $80,000 per year plus $750+ in quarterly bonus incentive.

Double time on Sunday.

Shift premium of $1/hour for afternoon and midnight shift.

Responsibilities:

• Performing and tracking preventative maintenance on machinery and the facility.

• Heavy equipment handling and repair.

• Must be able to perform other types of maintenance work such as: Welding, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Fabricating, Electrical/Electronics, Blueprint/Schematics reading.

• Perform lubrication and oil changes on various equipment.

• Assist machine repair personnel with troubleshooting, dis-assembly / re-assembly, and repairing equipment

• Perform machine repair

• Assist with maintaining inventory of stock parts and other supplies

• Following all safety rules. Must have or be able to obtain your own hand tools necessary for the job.

• Hi-Lo driving experience,

• Must be able to problem solve.

Basic Requirements:

• Machine repair / electrical and mechanical trouble shooting, and mechanical experience.

• Must have knowledge and be capable of using hand tools.

• MUST have own tools.

• Must be physically capable of climbing and working from ladders with heights up to 25'.

• Must be able to stand in place, crawl, stoop, balance and lift on a daily basis

• Required to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to fix machinery.

• Must be able to get at root cause and troubleshooting

• Must be able to problem solve and time management skills a MUST.

• Good communication skills, attendance, team player.

• Must have basic computer skills.

• Must be able to read and understand job instructions, repair manuals, safety rules, etc.

• Must be able to operate a Hi-lo and Scissor Lift
