Maintenance Technician Level 2

A well-established Real Estate Development and Property Management firm is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician Level 2 to join their team in Manchester, NH.

A good candidate will have maintenance experience and a great attitude. Must have good knowledge in apartment maintenance including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and general carpentry. Appliance repair is a plus. Ability to diagnose issues and must have own tools, vehicle and state issued driver's license.

Must be "on call" once every nine days.
