\nIndustrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
\n- Perform preventive, routine and electrical maintenance on equipment
\n- Document maintenance and repair work
\n- Assist with facility maintenance as needed
\n- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
\n- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
\n- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
\n- Align and balance new equipment after installation
\n
\nIndustrial Maintenance Technician Requirements:
\n- High manual dexterity and problem-solving ability
\n- Knowledge of electronic equipment, computer hardware, and software necessary for laboratory work
\n- Very well organized and able to work independently
\n- Good communications skills
\n- Understanding of electric appliances and wiring, able to install, fix and maintain electric wiring
\n- Manufacturing experience; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC
