General Description: The Maintenance Technician position will ensure equipment availability, serviceability and reliability by performing routine and downtime mechanical repairs along with Preventative Maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform major and minor mechanical repairs
Complete preventative and predictive maintenance activities
Utilize SAP work order Computer Maintenance Management System
Perform all forms of maintenance task including: Millwright, welding, iron work, pipefitting and carpentry
Operate various light and heavy equipment as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Education, qualifications and experience:
3 years working in the millwright, welding, iron work, pipefitting and carpentry preferred
Formal education / degree in Mechanical Maintenance field preferred
Familiarity with Reliability Centered Maintenance preferred
Working in a leadership role during your career preferred

365 Day Employees: 7 paid holidays; 40 floating holiday hours; Non-exempt employees receive 2x pay for all hours worked on a holiday.
8-hour Employees: 96 floating holiday hours

Eagle Mine pays 100% of premiums for both medical plan options.

If medical coverage is waived, you will receive an opt out amount of $85 per pay period.

HSA and FSA:

Premium cost paid by employee.
Eye exam every 12 months
Lenses for glasses or contacts every 12 months; frames every 12 months.
401(k) Plan:
Eligible after 3 full months of employment.
