Job Title/Type: Maintenance Technician/Full-Time
Location: this position will be servicing the following locations: Dallas, Dallas - Willowbrook, Red Oak - Valley View Ave., Arlington, Plano - McDermott, Corinth, Denton, Fort Worth, and Plano - Fulgham, TX - Here we GROW again!
Pay range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour + $500 monthly car allowance
Responsibilities
- Document repair actions and turn logs in
- Perform repairs and maintenance work
- Perform minor electrical such as replacing light bulbs, ballasts, fixtures, timers and switches
- Repair swing doors, roll-up doors, latches and hasps (locking mechanisms)
- Perform minor plumbing such as toilet, faucet, garbage disposal repairs
- Perform minor drywall and carpentry to repair damage and update facilities
- Paint outdoor and indoor surfaces made of all materials such as wood, concrete, or brick
- Moping, sweeping and vacuuming
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the property
Experience & Qualifications
- Possesses a valid Driver's License
- Have vast knowledge of different maintenance equipment and tools
- Previous experience in maintenance required
- Team player and can collaborate with other departments in the organization
- Ability to work flexible hours depending on various facilities project deadlines
