Maintenance Technician - Condos

Location - Metro West, MA

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for one of our condominium properties.

Duties Include:

– Maintain the buildings and grounds to protect and improve the assets of a condominium association.

– Miscellaneous handyman skills, including patrolling the grounds and picking up branches/debris daily, carpentry such as trim repairs and repairs/replacement of fencing, monitoring septic system to ensure proper flow between connections, applying ice melt for pedestrian traffic areas, light plumbing and electrical that don’t require licenses, maintain inventory and purchase needed materials, assist with vendor oversight, assist with bid procurement, communicate well verbally and in writing, some computer skills, etc.

· Certified Pool Operator License or willing to take the class to obtain certification.

· Participate in the Emergency On-Call Rotation Schedule whereby approximately every 3-4 weeks, you are responsible for responding to emergency calls for multiple properties that fall within the Metro West region.

· Ability to be self driven and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
