About the Role:
The Turn Coordinator and Maintenance Technician will take responsibility for a wide variety of projects, turns, and maintenance for the Atlas property management team. This person will interface with the National Construction Manager, and often the PM team at large. This role reports directly to the National Construction Manager.

- Create Turn Scopes and bids – working with PM team and Owner for cost-effective solutions
- Oversee and project manage turns and projects on residential single family and multi-family buildings
- Timeline and budget management on active projects
- Interface with owners of the properties
- Project progress reporting
- Create a bonafide vendor list of strong, reliable, cost-effective vendors
- Attend property inspections and create a plan
- Work Orders - Respond, troubleshoot, track, execute
- Unit Turns/Make Readies - Pre-turn walks, Coordination with vendors, Ordering materials, Strong Communication with your team and residents, Execution of work
