3rd Shift (Nights)
- Maintain equipment to perform at manufactures standards.
- Conducts daily pre-start-up procedures to ensure equipment is ready for production.
- Properly reads, comprehends and completes required forms.
- Conducts post repair evaluations to ensure equipment is ready for production.
- Properly uses chemicals/lubrications as specified on manufacturers label.
- Properly repairs equipment to ensure food safe operation, which includes uses appropriate material.
- Reports and takes necessary action to prevent food safety, legality and quality problems from occurring.
- Follows and enforces programs and procedures outlined in the Food Safety and Quality Manual to support compliance with the GFSI Global Standard for Food Safety and other third-party audits.
- Must complete and be competent in all required FSQA, Safety and Job training.
- Must observe and understand all company rules, follow all safety programs, wear proper Personal Equipment (PPE) during the performance of job duties, and work in a safe manner at all times.
