As a Maintenance Technician at Mirabella Portland, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous building maintenance services and occasional cleaning services for our 200+ residents and help out our other departments in making sure operations run smoothly. This position will allow you to grow your expertise and cross train in renovations, prior experience is a plus. Our residents and employees live and work alongside one another on a daily basis – what better way to grow relationships, build connections and ultimately feel like you’re making an impact on someone’s life every day. In this role you'll independently manage building maintenance during this shift and help residents with emergency maintenance requests on the weekends.
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 1:30pm - 10:00pm
