Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining four buildings, 421 units, the physical grounds, interior and exterior building inspections, grounds maintenance, and preventative maintenance. Complete necessary make-ready for apartment flips and work orders to keep machines, mechanical equipment, and structure of an establishment in repair.
Experience: Two-three years experience in multi-family residential property or related field as a Maintenance Technician.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all physical aspects of the property are at all times fully functional, safe and attractive and that all vacant apartment homes are kept ready for occupancy through all team members and personal efforts.
- Maintain company customer service standards. Work with Maintenance Supervisor to minimize and resolve resident problems and complaints.
- Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings under the direction of Supervisor. Troubleshoot and repair issues involving electrical, plumbing, A/C, HVAC, appliances and carpentry.
- Available to respond to emergencies and after-hours on-call emergencies at the property.
- Work with the Supervisor, Property Management and Leasing staff team to ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed and on schedule.
Attendance: Position requires the ability to work Monday through Friday and any of the seven days of the week, should the need arise due to staffing limitations. Position requires the ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary. The days and hours that communities are open are subject to change based on business needs.
Travel: Clean driving record and personal, reliable transportation for on-call emergencies.
Requirements: The position requires the ability to read and write English fluently and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
