Maintenance Technician

Seeking a Property Maintenance Technician!

The maintenance tech will be responsible for maintaining multiple small apartment communities in Kalamazoo & Hartford. The ideal candidate will be located around Paw Paw. This person will be responsible for prepping and turning units, maintaining the community grounds, completing work orders in a timely fashion with 100% attention to detail. Must have great communication skills and taking pride in your work is a must. 

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and complete necessary repairs.  
• Complete work orders and answer emergency calls in a timely manner.  
• Maintain grounds and equipment.  
  
• Make ready apartments
• Oversite of inspections.
• On call for emergencies.

Skills

• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work on-call
• Must have follow through and good communication
