Maintenance Technician

• Load assets/equipment into Maximo

• Load preventive maintenance tasks & spare parts for assets into Maximo

• Create job plans & preventative maintenance routes for assets

• Establish, track and maintain spare parts inventory in Maximo

• Generate reports and manage Key Process Indicators using Maximo

• A lot of receiving work that has to be done

This person is not physically doing the maintenance/job, they will be tracking and handing off tickets to another team member. Need someone on the team to maintain the tasks, report back say the task has been completed, load it back into Maximo. They might have to go out to the equipment to see the work being done, but not actually doing it.
