Candidate Required Skills:

• Experience handling plumbing
• Electrical skills
• Snow removal
• A strong skill set in overall carpentry is a must
• Must be detailed and organized
• Great customer service skills
• Must have a reliable vehicle and transportation to and on site
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have your own tools
